What the Connect Retreat Includes
Throughout the retreat, guests move through a balance of guided experiences, restorative downtime, outdoor adventure, and meaningful community connection. Mornings may begin with grounding movement or quiet reflection, followed by workshops, nature experiences, shared meals, and intentional conversation woven throughout the weekend.
Connect is designed to feel spacious rather than overwhelming, creating room for both personal reflection and genuine connection with others. Whether hiking through the Catskills, gathering around the dinner table, participating in a wellness workshop, or simply resting in nature, the experience invites women to reconnect in ways that feel supportive, grounding, and real.
Who Connect Is For
Connect tends to resonate with women who value depth, intentional experiences, meaningful conversation, personal growth, and genuine connection. Many guests are balancing full lives, demanding careers, caregiving roles, leadership positions, or seasons of transition and are seeking space to reconnect with themselves outside the constant pace of everyday life.
Whether arriving alone or alongside a friend, guests often share a desire for experiences that feel grounded, restorative, emotionally enriching, and thoughtfully curated. Connect is intentionally designed for women seeking presence over performance, and connection over pressure, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and experience community in a more meaningful and authentic way.
The Connect Retreat Experience
Connect is an intimate women’s retreat created for those seeking meaningful connection, reflection, movement, rest, and space to reconnect with themselves outside the pace and pressure of everyday life. Set in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York, the retreat brings together nature, wellness experiences, thoughtful conversation, outdoor adventure, and psychology-informed workshops within a grounded and supportive community of women.
Throughout the weekend, guests are invited into experiences that encourage reflection, embodiment, creativity, nervous system restoration, and authentic connection while also leaving room for rest, spontaneity, and simply being present. Whether arriving in a season of transition, burnout, growth, or personal rediscovery, Connect offers space to slow down, reconnect, and return feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
